You can see old Frencg European architecture, look at the port and sit on a terasse and eat in the summer. Many museums, shopping centers and a big China town. Many festivals and events all summer long. You can speak English but most of the people speak French. Many parks, an amusement park the Biodome. The Biodome is like a museum with many different environments inside.
  • Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia A beutiful fishing village that's popular to go to when your in Canada's east coast. Rocky beaches and shores and a famous lighthouse. A calm place to go and relax and see natural sites. About 40 kilometers from the modern city of Halifax.
  • Banff National Park, Alberta In the province of Alberta in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Mountain climbers, campers, skiers and hikers like to go here. One of the most wonderful national parks to visit in Canada. 6, 641 km of lakes, mountains and forest in the untamed wilderness where you can see many wild animals. Clean water flow into the rivers from thousands of surrounding glaciers.
  • The Calgary Stampede A big festival and rodeo in Calgary, Alberta. Ten days in July every summer the Calgary Stamede is celebrated and it's the worlds largest rodeo. A big parade on opening day with a lot of people. You can enjoy rodeo events, concerts, chuck wagon races and stage shows. Aboriginals people have exhibits to look at and serve pancake breakfasts all over the city. In 2006 one million people attended.
