• Wince To show pain or embarrassment suddenly and for a short time in the face, often moving the head back at the same time.
• Riot An occasion when a large number of people behave in a noisy, violent, and uncontrolled way in public, often as a protest.
• Smirk A smile that expresses satisfaction or pleasure about having done something or knowing something that is not known by someone else.
• Shatter To (cause something to) break suddenly into very small pieces.
• Loot (Usually of large numbers of people during a violent event) to steal from shops and houses.
• Caress To touch or kiss someone in a gentle and loving way.
• Injustice A situation in which there is no fairness and justice.
• Attorney Someone whose job is to give advice to people about the law and speak for them in court.
• Bullhorn A megaphone.
• Neighborhood The area of a town that surrounds someone's home, or the people who live in this area.
• Ceiling The inside surface of a room that you can see when you look above you.
